Please follow care instructions on item's label to minimize shrinkage.
Items are not refundable because of shrinkage.
Please wash in cold water and tumble dry low.

Red Flannel Factory, LLC recommends washing items
seperately due to the color of the product.

 

Returns and Refunds:

Unembroidered items may be returned for up to 15 days for refund or exchange so long as the item has not been worn, washed, or damaged. A refund or exchange will be made as soon as the item is recieved at the Red Flannel Factory, LLC. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Red Flannel Factory, LLC will pay for shipping of the exchanged items back to the customer.

Custom sized or logo items are not refundable. Alteration may be possible at the Red Flannel Factory, LLC's discretion. Please call for individual considerations.
